We are contracted with many insurance companies, but it's a good idea to call your insurance provider and make sure you're covered before your scheduled appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand things come up that you can't avoid. We kindly ask that you give 24-hour notice of cancellation so that we can fill your slot with someone on stand-by.

All students are supervised by a Physician and their managers. Please let a staff member know if you do not wish to have a student present during your visit.
